We never over book :
During the end of the month (our busiest time) almost 15% of our business come from last minute customers whose movers don’t show up or is almost 5-6 hours late. Don’t be surprised, it happens. We NEVER overbook, period. The first slot (morning) has a hundred percent on time record (weather and traffic permitting). Our experienced on the job supervisors and the dispatcher is in constant communication with you if they anticipate any delays.

We never under staff :
Yankee Movers always recommends a three men crew for an average New York City apartment moving. It might appear cheaper to use less crew but it has been documented that using right number of movers is more cost effective at the end. Fewer hours of labor and less fatigued movers simply means less money spent, a safer moving and peace of mind.
